All our services and work processes are subject to strict quality management. We comply with the DIN EN ISO 9001:2015, IATF 16949 as well as DIN EN ISO 14001:2015 standards and use targeted lean management methods to ensure sustainable profitability and high-quality standards. When it comes to hygiene, order and safety, all work steps are subject to continuous analysis so we can always provide our customers with the best results.
Computed tomographic (CT) component testing, for example, is something we have been doing since 2011. This technology offers a range of advantages:
- Faster service thanks to offline programming of the test plan
- Fast evaluation thanks to target/actual comparisons between CAD data and the physical component
- Correction analyses for mould conditioning
- Holistic view of the entire component
- Non-destructive component testing with defect analysis
CT component testing is carried out in close collaboration with professional measurement service providers. Measurement reports are made available to our customers – of course alongside a comprehensive consultation. At our Austrian location in St. Ulrich am Pillersee, we have been using a Zeiss “O-Inspect 322” measuring machine to carry out component testing during series production since 2013.
Environmental Protection
Environmental protection is a central element of BOIDA’s corporate culture. An essential aspect of this is the continuous improvement of our plants and processes: various methods of heat recovery, cooling systems and photovoltaic equipment as well as efficient logistics planning help to conserve resources and reduce CO2 emissions.
As part of our philosophy, we also consistently use modern communication channels to save paper. Our use of energy and land is just as efficient as our use of raw materials. And, of course, each and every BOIDA employee ensures that unavoidable waste is disposed of in an environmentally friendly manner.
